Maven Leads £17m Management Buyout of Envitia Group

Maven, via its Maven UK Regional Buyout Fund, has led a £17 million management buyout of Envitia Group, a Horsham‑based data and geospatial technology and services provider. The fund committed £15.25 million to support the management team, led by CEO Nabil Lodey, to accelerate product development (AI/ML), expand services and grow into new sectors.
