Vaisala has signed an agreement to acquire Atmo, Inc., a San Francisco-based AI weather forecasting company, for a fixed purchase price of USD 70 million plus an earn-out of up to USD 60 million. Closing is expected by the end of 2026, subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions.
