Valcon Acquires Bricobomba Consultancy to Expand Nordic Footprint

Valcon, a European consultancy focused on AI and data-driven business transformation, has signed a binding agreement to acquire Bricobomba, a Stockholm-based data and AI consultancy. The deal is intended to strengthen Valcon’s Nordics capabilities and expand end-to-end data and AI-enabled transformation services across Europe, with completion subject to regulatory approval.
