Valence Surface Technologies Acquires H&W Global Industries

Valence Surface Technologies, a PE-backed aerospace product finishing platform, has acquired H&W Global Industries, a Blairsville, Pennsylvania-based metal finishing provider serving aerospace and defense primes. The deal is an add-on to Valence (majority-owned by ATL Partners and BCI) to deepen its Northeast footprint and expand capabilities servicing defense platforms.
