Valet Living acquired Midland-Odessa-based, family-owned Extreme Waste Concepts, a provider of doorstep trash collection services for multifamily communities. The acquisition expands Valet Living's footprint in the Midland-Odessa market and brings the local clients and services onto Valet Living's technology-enabled platform; Valet Living is a PE-backed operator (owned by Ares Management and Harvest Partners).
