VaLogic Bio has acquired Air Systems Technologies (AST), a cleanroom certification and biosafety-testing specialist headquartered in Avon, Massachusetts. The acquisition expands VaLogic's service offerings for life sciences customers and strengthens its presence across the Mid-Atlantic and New England; AST will continue operating in Avon as VaLogic Bio.
