Valvoline Global Operations to Acquire Luval S.A. to Expand in Chile

Valvoline Global Operations announced it has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Luval S.A., a Chilean manufacturer and distributor of high-performance lubricants, greases, and maintenance products. The deal is intended to combine Valvoline’s global fluid technology leadership with Luval’s established local capabilities and commercial presence in Chile and Latin America, with closing expected in 2026 subject to regulatory approvals.
