Vanguard Renewables acquired E-Z Recycling, a St. Paul, Minnesota depackaging and food & beverage waste recycling facility, to expand Vanguard’s Midwest organics recycling network. The deal adds critical depackaging capabilities and more processing capacity to Vanguard’s anaerobic digestion and renewable natural gas (RNG) operations.
