Vireo Growth Inc. entered into a definitive arrangement agreement to acquire all outstanding common shares of C21 Investments Inc. for stock consideration. The deal is expected to expand Vireo’s Nevada footprint by adding three dispensaries and approximately 104,000 sq. ft. of cultivation and production capacity.
