NEOTech Acquires Virtex to Expand U.S. Defense Electronics Manufacturing Network

NEOTech, a portfolio company of Arkview Capital, has completed its acquisition of Virtex, a U.S.-based provider of high-reliability electronic manufacturing services focused primarily on the defense market. The combined company will operate 11 facilities across the United States with more than 2,500 employees, expanding NEOTech’s domestic manufacturing footprint and engineering/production capabilities.

Interconnect Solutions Company Acquires Tri-Tek Electronics
