EQT has agreed to sell Acumatica, a cloud ERP and business management software platform for small and mid-sized businesses, to Vista Equity Partners. The transaction is expected to close in Q3 2025, subject to customary conditions and approvals, and terms were not disclosed.

Accel-KKR, which took JAGGAER private in 2016 and drove significant growth and add-on acquisitions, retains a minority stake; Cinven said it will support further R&D investment and additional acquisitions to drive growth.
