Vitruvian Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Meriplex from Clairvest

Vitruvian Partners has acquired a majority interest in Meriplex Communications, with Clairvest completing a partial realization and retaining a minority stake alongside management and other shareholders who reinvested. The recapitalization positions Meriplex — a US-based managed IT, cybersecurity and network services provider — for its next stage of growth and continued M&A-led expansion across the United States.
