Volatus Aerospace has completed its acquisition of the remaining 41.53% minority interest in Synergy Aviation Ltd., bringing Volatus’ ownership to 100%. As consideration, Volatus issued 2,444,243 common voting shares of Volatus to Synergy’s minority shareholders, simplifying operational coordination and enabling full consolidation of Synergy’s commercial aircraft operations.
