Volvo Construction Equipment Completes Acquisition of Swecon (Including Entrack) for 7 Billion SEK

Volvo Construction Equipment (Volvo CE) has completed its acquisition of Swecon’s business operations in Sweden, Germany, and the Baltics (including Entrack) from Lantmännen for an enterprise value of 7 billion SEK. The deal brings Swecon’s retail, rental, aftermarket services, offices, workshop facilities, and about 1,400 employees under Volvo CE ownership, strengthening Volvo CE’s direct control over the end-to-end customer experience across key European markets.
