Vosker Acquires Reconeyez

Vosker announced the acquisition of Reconeyez, an AI-powered autonomous intelligent surveillance provider serving large enterprises and international government agencies. The deal is intended to accelerate Vosker’s global B2B channel strategy and expand its geographic and end-market presence, leveraging Reconeyez and its Defendec brand deployed in over 60 countries. Alongside the acquisition, Vosker also closed a US$200 million senior debt financing facility.
