Terms were not disclosed; Windsong plans a rebrand, SKU rationalization and to lean into eye and lip categories while leveraging KVD's retail distribution and social following to revive growth.

The add-on strengthens Vantage’s personal care ingredients capabilities by adding JEEN’s botanical extracts, specialty actives and rapid formulation services; JEEN founders Adam and Jeanne Perle will join Vantage and remain invested.

Voyant Beauty (Wind Point Partners) Acquires KIK Personal Care (KPC)

Wind Point Partners’ portfolio company Voyant Beauty acquired the KIK Personal Care (KPC) business from KIK Custom Products. The add-on expands Voyant’s product offering, development and aerosol manufacturing capabilities, and adds entry into hotel guest amenities while broadening its North American manufacturing footprint (combined network of 15 facilities). The deal was announced July 1, 2020 and closed August 20, 2020.

Bain Capital Private Equity Acquires World Wide Packaging

Bain Capital Private Equity has acquired World Wide Packaging LLC, a US-based cosmetics packaging provider, and simultaneously purchased a Chinese cosmetics packaging manufacturer with plans to merge the two into an integrated global solutions provider. The transaction keeps WWP's senior management in place and aims to combine US customer-facing design and sales capabilities with manufacturing scale in China to expand service offerings and access high-growth Asian markets.

Amber Road (NYSE: AMBR) acquired ecVision, a Hong Kong–headquartered cloud-based global sourcing and collaborative supply‑chain platform, for approximately $24 million plus up to $9 million in earn-outs. The deal adds supplier collaboration, vendor/production management, product testing and compliance, and in‑factory shipment capabilities to Amber Road’s global trade management SaaS suite and expands its presence in the Asia‑Pacific market.
