Vusion Acquires In-Store Media to Build Digital In-Store Retail Media Platform

Vusion signed an agreement to acquire In-Store Media (ISM), a Barcelona-based in-store retail media company, to accelerate the digitalization and monetization of retail media networks in physical stores. The deal is subject to regulatory approvals and customary closing conditions and is expected to be financed with debt. ISM generated approximately €120 million in revenue in 2025 and works with 90 retail banners and more than 1,600 brands across nine countries.
