WalkerHughes Insurance, a privately held, PE-backed retail insurance brokerage headquartered in Indianapolis, acquired Apogee Insurance Solutions, LLC, a St. Peters, Missouri-based agency that specializes in personal and commercial insurance. The deal is an add-on to WalkerHughes' Missouri platform and supports the firm's regional expansion and continuity of service as Apogee's owner, Kyle Heywood, exits the business.
