Waverly Advisors, a Birmingham-based registered investment adviser, has acquired Cape Cod-based Bridge Creek Capital Management. The acquisition, which closed October 31, 2025, brings roughly $447 million of AUM onto Waverly’s platform and expands the firm’s presence in Massachusetts as the entire Bridge Creek team joins Waverly.
