WELL Health Technologies Corp. acquired a majority 61% ownership interest in E-Consult Canada LP for approximately CAD 33 million and completed the acquisition effective February 1, 2026. In addition, WELL acquired eight primary care clinics in Alberta (closing December 1, 2025), taking 100% ownership of the clinic business through its absorption model.
