Wellbeam Consumer Health, a portfolio company backed by American Pacific Group, has acquired Penetrex, a leading joint and muscle relief brand. The deal expands Wellbeam's ecommerce-focused wellness portfolio (which already includes Eu Natural) as the company pursues additional digitally-native consumer wellness brands.
