West Edge Partners Launches Citadel Access Solutions with Three Access-Solutions Acquisitions

West Edge Partners formed a new platform, Citadel Access Solutions, by acquiring three access-solutions businesses: C.G. Systems (dba California Gate & Entry Systems), Western Door and Gate, and Elite Access. The platform will operate the partner companies under their existing brands and pursue additional add-on partnerships to scale service, installation and maintenance capabilities across gates, commercial doors, access control, parking management and video surveillance.
