Wishpond Technologies Completes Acquisition of SalesCloser (SalesCloser Qualifying Transaction Closed)

SalesCloser Technologies Ltd. (formerly G2M Cap Corp.) has completed its previously announced qualifying transaction to acquire all issued and outstanding securities of SalesCloser from Wishpond via a three-cornered amalgamation. Wishpond received 63.3% ownership of the resulting publicly traded company following closing, alongside an oversubscribed concurrent financing of C$5.45 million.
