WorkWave Acquires Real Green Systems

WorkWave has acquired Real Green Systems, combining two established field-service software providers to expand WorkWave’s product suite for green service industries. Serent Capital and certain Real Green shareholders (including founder Joe Kucik) rolled equity into the combined company, joining existing investors EQT and TA Associates in backing WorkWave.
