SPATCO Energy Solutions Acquires Petro Supply

SPATCO Energy Solutions, a Kian Capital-backed platform, has acquired Petro Supply, a family-owned distributor of petroleum equipment based in the Mid-Atlantic, expanding SPATCO's footprint into Maryland, the District of Columbia, Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. The add-on strengthens SPATCO's distribution and full-service capabilities for fueling stations, convenience stores and petroleum handling facilities as the platform continues roll-up activity backed by Kian and co-investors.

WJ Partners-Backed PUPCO Acquires NAPAC

(PUPCO) in the acquisition of NAPAC, a master distributor of valves, flanges and fittings serving the waterworks and fire suppression markets. The add-on expands PUPCO's product offering and geographic footprint (adding Worcester, MA and Jacksonville, FL locations), complements prior 2022 add-on MIROC, and was financed by Fifth Third Bank; NAPAC will continue operating under its existing brand with Brian Wilbur remaining general manager.

World Fuel Services Corporation Acquires Flyers Energy Group

World Fuel Services Corporation has completed the acquisition of Flyers Energy Group, expanding its scale and geographic footprint in the North American land fuel segment. The acquisition adds Flyers' national cardlock network, commercial fleet fueling, lubricants distribution and wholesale fuel capabilities to World Fuel's platform and is expected to be accretive to earnings and cash flow.

Energy Services of America Acquires WV Pipeline, Inc.

Energy Services of America Corporation formed a wholly owned subsidiary, West Virginia Pipeline Acquisition Company, and entered an asset purchase agreement to acquire substantially all assets of WV Pipeline, Inc. for $3.5 million cash plus a $3.0 million seller note; the transaction was expected to close December 31, 2020. The acquisition expands Energy Services' capabilities and geographic presence in gas and water distribution utility services in southern West Virginia, and WV Pipeline's leadership (David and Daniel Bolton) will remain with the business.

WJ Partners Acquires Power-Utility Products Co. (PUPCO)
