WSB Acquires Civil Infrastructure Associates (CIA) to Expand Southeast Municipal Engineering Platform

WSB LLC acquired Civil Infrastructure Associates, LLC (CIA), a municipal engineering firm supporting the Nashville metropolitan area. The deal expands WSB’s municipal, environmental, water and wastewater, aviation infrastructure, surveying, GIS, and infrastructure funding assistance capabilities, strengthening its Southeast footprint. CIA’s leadership will join the combined organization as services are integrated and a coordinated go-to-market approach is developed for 2026.
