Alteryx, Inc. acquired ClearStory Data, a Menlo Park–based enterprise analytics software company, to integrate ClearStory’s scalable data profiling and Spark-based analytics capabilities and accelerate innovation across Alteryx’s data science and analytics platform. The acquisition brings ClearStory’s team and technology into Alteryx’s Silicon Valley technology center to expand capabilities for code-free and code-friendly analytics for enterprise customers.

Alteryx Acquires Feature Labs

Alteryx acquired Feature Labs, an MIT-born data science software company that automates feature engineering for machine learning, to strengthen Alteryx's machine learning and AI capabilities and add an engineering hub in Boston. The acquisition integrates Feature Labs' automated feature-engineering technology and open-source libraries into the Alteryx Platform to accelerate time-to-insight for enterprise data workers.

iCapital Network Acquires AI Insight

iCapital Network has agreed to acquire the assets of AI Insight, Inc., an education and compliance platform that provides fund-specific research, training and credentialing for financial advisors focused on alternative investments. As part of the transaction, AI Insight’s executives Sherri Cooke and Jennifer Simon and eight additional employees are expected to join iCapital to integrate AI Insight’s learning management system into iCapital’s advisor-facing alternative investment platform.

Alteryx Acquires Hyper Anna

Accenture Acquires Clarity Insights from RLH Equity Partners

Accenture has completed the acquisition of Clarity Insights, a Chicago-based data analytics consulting firm and portfolio company of RLH Equity Partners. Clarity, which has over 300 team members and serves enterprise clients across healthcare, financial services and insurance, will bolster Accenture's AI and data analytics capabilities in North America; terms were not disclosed.

Alteryx Acquires Lore IO

Alteryx has acquired Silicon Valley-based Lore IO, a no-code, AI-enabled data modeling platform, to enhance its cloud-native analytics capabilities and in-database processing for large datasets. The deal brings Lore IO's team and IP into Alteryx to accelerate cloud compute optimization within Alteryx Designer Cloud and Alteryx Machine Learning.
