Qlik has acquired Mozaic Data, an AI-driven data management technology provider, to accelerate its data-product-oriented capabilities across data quality, governance and a SaaS-based Data Product Catalog. Mozaic founder Sharad Kumar will join Qlik as Regional Head of Data Integration and Quality to help integrate Mozaic’s technology into Qlik’s data integration and analytics portfolio and cloud platform integrations.

Qualys Acquires Assets of Blue Hexagon

Qualys, Inc. acquired the assets of AI/ML cybersecurity provider Blue Hexagon and will integrate Blue Hexagon’s deep-learning network detection capabilities into the Qualys Cloud Platform to provide predictive analytics and real-time threat detection. All Blue Hexagon employees joined Qualys, with Blue Hexagon CEO Nayeem Islam joining as VP of product management; the deal closed on October 4, 2022 and was paid mostly in cash with a portion in stock.

QuickLogic Acquires SensiML Corporation

SensiML will operate as a division of QuickLogic and continue developing its platform-independent Analytics Toolkit to support a broad set of SoCs, adding SaaS revenue and edge-AI capabilities to QuickLogic's semiconductor and eFPGA offerings.
