Tarabut Acquires UK A2A Payments Platform Vyne

Tarabut, the MENA open-banking platform, has acquired London-based Vyne, a real-time account-to-account (A2A) payments provider. The deal, which closed August 1 and was approved by SAMA and the FCA, brings Vyne's A2A payment technology and merchant portfolio to Tarabut to accelerate A2A rollout across Bahrain, Saudi Arabia and the UAE as new regional open-banking/payment initiation rules come into effect.
