The add-on strengthens gWorks' municipal and utility software capabilities and expands its footprint in the southern U.S.; the acquisition was effective February 27, 2025.

The acquisitions combine utility billing, meter reading, public alert, work and operations management, and fleet maintenance capabilities under the gWorks brand to better serve small and medium-sized local governments across the United States.

(BMSI), an architectural specialty building products distributor headquartered in Edina, Minnesota. The acquisition expands Cook & Boardman's Division 10 product offering and Midwest/Southwest footprint; terms were not disclosed.

Dinocrates Group Acquires Global Management Systems Inc.

(GMSI), a secure networking and communications provider serving federal and commercial markets. The acquisition adds roughly 80 skilled employees and expands Dinocrates' capabilities into mission-critical communications, network engineering and secure mobility for defense and commercial customers.
