The transaction (backed by Bregal Unternehmerkapital) brings together MEDIA Central, Offerista, Yagora and ShopFully to scale digital capabilities, expand internationally and strengthen retail media offerings; Highland Europe will retain a minority stake and ShopFully's CEO Stefano Portu reinvests and becomes CEO Digital of the combined group.

Flipp Operations Inc. has completed a transaction to combine with MEDIA Central Group, creating a global leader in drive-to-store marketing that will serve thousands of retailers and brands across 27 markets and reach over 400 million households. The new ownership is led by Truelink Capital with Insight Ventures, Bregal Unternehmerkapital and Highland Europe as key partners; funds advised by Bregal Unternehmerkapital sold their majority stake in MEDIA Central.

Geiger GmbH Acquires SOESTMEDIA

Geiger GmbH, the Germany-based subsidiary of U.S. promotional products distributor Geiger, has acquired SOESTMEDIA, a promotional products distributorship in Soest, Germany. The deal — led by Geiger's German unit following Geiger's 2024 acquisition of that unit — supports Geiger's continued international expansion and preserves the business and team of owner Marita Kempchen-Bock as she retires.

AllOver Media Acquires Boxi

MidEuropa Takes 30% Stake in M+ Group through CMC Merger

MidEuropa agreed to acquire a 30% equity stake in the combined M+ Group by merging its portfolio company CMC Iletisim ve Cagri Merkezi Hizmetleri A.Ş. (CMC) with Meritus Upravljanje d.o.o. (M+ Group). The transaction will create a leading contact centre and BPO provider in South Eastern Europe with more than 7,000 employees, ~220 clients across 58 countries and expected annual revenue in excess of EUR 65 million. The deal is expected to complete by the end of January 2020.
