Amphenol Corporation has completed the acquisition of CommScope's Connectivity and Cable Solutions (CCS) business. The transaction brings approximately 20,000 CCS employees and expected full-year 2026 sales of about $4.1 billion to Amphenol, expanding its fiber‑optic interconnect and industrial interconnect product offerings; CommScope is divesting CCS to repay debt, redeem preferred equity and reposition its remaining business as Vistance Networks.

International Wire Group Acquires Owl Wire and Cable

Crossplane Capital Acquires Distributor Wire and Cable

Crossplane partnered with DWC founder Bryce Huett and the management team to provide operational and financial resources to support the company's next phase of growth, including product, capability and geographic expansion.

Cable One Acquires Hargray Communications

Cable One, Inc. agreed to acquire the remaining equity interests in Hargray Communications from an investor group led by The Pritzker Organization, buying out approximately 85% of Hargray it did not already own in a transaction implying a $2.2 billion enterprise value.
