Workwell Technologies, a Carlsbad, California-based provider of time and attendance solutions, has acquired Chronologic Ltd, a UK-based employee management and exclusive uAttend distributor. The acquisition expands Workwell's international presence and strengthens its time and attendance offerings in the UK and Europe while Chronologic's local team will remain led by Managing Director Peter Sutton.
