Team Group, a global facility management and industrial services provider, has acquired S.&T. Group, a multi-trade contracting and maintenance business serving Northern Ontario. The deal expands Team Group's presence in the Algoma District and brings in S.&T.'s electrical, HVAC, plumbing, data and general contracting capabilities while retaining the target's existing management and employees.

SMT Acquires Texas-Based ROMCO Equipment Co.

Brussels-based SMT has acquired ROMCO Equipment Co. (ROMCO, Inc.), a Dallas-headquartered, family-owned Volvo construction equipment distributor, in a transaction that closed on March 9, 2022. The deal transfers ROMCO's twelve Texas locations and ~290 employees to SMT as the company expands into the U.S. market and plans investments in rental activities, technical upgrades, and employee development.

AECOM Acquires 30% Stake in SLC Rail

AECOM has acquired a 30% equity interest in UK-based SLC Rail to deepen a long-standing working relationship and jointly pursue rail programme, route upgrade and station delivery opportunities across the UK. The minority investment is intended to combine SLC's programme initiation and development strengths with AECOM's global engineering, programme management and station design expertise to accelerate delivery of regional rail enhancements.

Sdiptech AB Acquires Rolec (Rolec Services Ltd and One Stop Europe Ltd)

Sdiptech AB has acquired all shares in Rolec (Rolec Services Ltd and One Stop Europe Ltd), a UK-based designer and manufacturer of EV charging points and outdoor electrical charging equipment. Rolec, founded in 1990, generates approximately GBP 23 million in revenue (with ~GBP 7 million pre-tax operating income) and has installed over 200,000 chargepoints; it will be included in Sdiptech's Water & Energy business area.

Align Capital Partners Acquires StenTech

Align Capital Partners completed an acquisition of StenTech, a North American manufacturer of SMT stencils, pallets, tooling and related components. ACP's investment is the company's first institutional capital and will support commercial and operational expansion while founder Sibthain "Sip" Akbar transitions to the board and Brent Nolan becomes President.
