GHK Capital Partners LP completed the acquisition of Auveco, a Cold Spring, Kentucky-based master distributor of automotive body hardware and general industrial fasteners, from Tenex Capital Management. Terms were not disclosed; GHK said the deal will support Auveco's organic and inorganic growth initiatives while existing senior management will remain in place.

Eque2 Acquires CLiP IT Solutions

LDC-backed Eque2 has acquired CLiP IT Solutions (CLiPIT), a provider of integrated construction accounting and job-costing software, as part of its buy-and-build growth strategy. Klipboard Acquires Savance Enterprise

ASSA ABLOY Acquires InVue

ASSA ABLOY has acquired InVue, a US-based provider of precision-engineered connected asset protection and access control solutions, expanding ASSA ABLOY’s capabilities in access control and retail asset protection. InVue, founded in 1986 and headquartered in Charlotte, North Carolina, reported roughly $165 million in 2024 sales and about 260 employees; ASSA ABLOY says the acquisition will be accretive to EPS from the start.

Clip Automation Acquires Sapphire Automation

Clip Automation, a Palo Alto-based industrial data intelligence platform, has acquired Sapphire Automation, a Fremont-based industrial SCADA and equipment control software company. The deal brings Sapphire's equipment control technology and founding team into Clip to expand Clip's connectivity, automation and industrial analytics capabilities (integrated as Clip360).
