Bonaventure Acquires Vida East Apartments from SNP Properties via UPREIT

Bonaventure announced it acquired an ownership interest in Richmond, Virginia's Vida East Apartments through a strategic UPREIT transaction with SNP Properties LLC, in which SNP exchanged ownership for interests in Bonaventure's portfolio. The core-plus, Class A multifamily community was completed in 2018, comprises 178 units, and expands Bonaventure's multifamily footprint in the Mid-Atlantic.

FCA Management (Vest Residential) Merges with Bonaventure's Property Management Division

Summit BHC, a national behavioral health and addiction treatment provider headquartered in Franklin, Tennessee, acquired The Pavilion at Williamsburg Place (66-bed inpatient psychiatric facility) and The Farley Center at Williamsburg Place (70-bed substance use treatment facility) and assumed ownership of The Villages recovery housing in Williamsburg, Virginia. The additions expand Summit's footprint in Virginia and bring the company's total to 24 freestanding facilities nationwide.

Arrivia Acquires Bon Voyage Travel
