Accel-KKR has signed a growth buyout to acquire a majority stake in Symfonia, the Polish provider of accounting, payroll and ERP software. MidEuropa will retain a significant minority stake; the investment is intended to accelerate Symfonia's organic growth, cloud transition and M&A expansion across Central and Eastern Europe.

KKR to Acquire Exact Software from Funds Advised by Apax Partners

KKR has reached an agreement in principle to acquire Exact Software from funds advised by Apax Partners. Exact, headquartered in Delft, the Netherlands, is a provider of accounting and ERP software for SMEs and mid-market firms; the company employs ~1,400 people and will consult with its works council prior to closing. Terms were not disclosed and the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions.
