Buchanan & Edwards Inc. (BE) has completed its acquisition of RenXTech (formerly Renegade Technology), merging the firm with BE subsidiary R2C under the RenXTech brand. The deal expands BE’s cyber, analytics, and operational support capabilities for federal and commercial national-security customers and consolidates leadership with Daniel Smith as President of Intel Operations.
