TruArc Partners Acquires Molded Devices

TruArc Partners, a New York–based private equity firm, acquired Molded Devices, Inc., a Tempe, Arizona–headquartered manufacturer of precision plastic and rubber components, from PNC Mezzanine Capital and founder Brian Anderson. TruArc said the acquisition supports its specialty manufacturing strategy and will help deepen Molded Devices' capabilities and exposure to the medical OEM market.

Arcane Plastics / Arcane Capital Partners Acquires Poly-Tech Plastic Molding

Arcane Plastics, backed by Arcane Capital Partners and an investment from Bluehenge Capital Partners, has acquired Prairie Grove-based Poly-Tech Plastic Molding, a custom injection-molding and extrusion company. The deal expands Arcane's production capacity (adding a 65,000-square-foot facility), broadens its customer base across multiple end markets, and supports a platform strategy to consolidate plastics manufacturing capabilities in North America.

Beacon Manufacturing Group Acquires Acromatic Plastics

Beacon Manufacturing Group acquired Acromatic Plastics, adding a 110,000-square-foot precision plastics molding facility in Leominster, Massachusetts to support its Beacon MedTech and Beacon Engineered Solutions businesses. The acquisition expands Beacon's cleanroom, tooling and liquid silicone rubber (LSR) molding capabilities to accelerate medical, life sciences and industrial contract-manufacturing capacity and new program launches.

Symmetry Laser Acquires ArcRev

Inhance Technologies Acquires Advance Research Chemicals

The add-on expands Inhance's capabilities in high-purity specialty chemicals, custom synthesis and private-label manufacturing to serve end markets including medical batteries, semiconductors, 3D printing and pharmaceuticals.
