ChromaScape Acquires Greenville Colorants

ChromaScape, a specialty chemicals manufacturer, has acquired Greenville Colorants, a processor of liquid and powder dyes with a portfolio of over 2,000 products and manufacturing locations in New Jersey, South Carolina and California. The deal expands ChromaScape's product capabilities and extends its manufacturing footprint in the Southeast; Greenville's leadership (Ron Weiss and Joe Lynch) invested in the transaction and will join ChromaScape's executive team.

PaperWorks Industries Acquires Color Craft Graphic Arts

PaperWorks Industries Inc. has acquired Color Craft Graphic Arts, a folding carton manufacturer founded in 1929 and based in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. Color Craft was a portfolio company of First Capital Partners and was advised by Mesirow; the acquisition adds ~120 employees and expands PaperWorks' integrated folding carton network and mill alignment across North America.

West Lane Capital Partners Acquires Majority Stake in Fantasy Files Group

West Lane Capital Partners LLC has acquired a majority stake in Fantasy Files Group LLC, a California-based developer, manufacturer and distributor of specialty cosmetic products (brands include Blossom, Blue Cross and Savina). Founders Ron Tinero and Mark Friedman will remain as executives and shareholders; West Lane said it will work with management to expand distribution channels domestically and internationally and launch new products.

Chroma Color Corporation Acquires Spectra Color, Inc.

Chroma Color Corporation acquired Spectra Color, Inc., a Corona, California-based custom manufacturer of colorants, masterbatch and pre-colored resin compounds. The deal expands Chroma Color's West Coast manufacturing footprint and enhances its colorant and resin capabilities to better serve medical, healthcare, agriculture and consumer end-markets.

Datacolor Acquires matchmycolor

Graco Inc. Acquires Color Service S.r.l.

Graco Inc. has completed the acquisition of Color Service S.r.l., an Italian manufacturer of automated precision dosing systems for powders and liquids, for €63 million (subject to customary adjustments). Color Service had 2024 revenue of €34 million, approximately 140 employees worldwide and is headquartered in Italy; Graco said the acquisition strengthens its powder handling portfolio and supports its global expansion strategy.
