Publicis Groupe Acquires Influential

Publicis Groupe has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Influential, the world's largest influencer marketing company and platform. The deal brings Influential's AI-powered platform, access to over 3.5 million creators, and extensive creator data together with Publicis' Epsilon data and global scale to expand Publicis' influencer and ID-driven marketing capabilities; the transaction is expected to close in late August 2024, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
