Publicis Media Acquires Performance Agency Dysrupt

Publicis Media's U.S. arm has acquired Los Angeles-based performance marketing agency Dysrupt for an undisclosed sum. The deal brings Dysrupt's proprietary Impact Advertising System (IAS) — including media buying, cookieless measurement and AI-enabled creative tools — into Publicis Media to strengthen its performance marketing capabilities.
