McNally Capital portfolio company Xcelerate Solutions has merged with VMD Corp, a cybersecurity, agile engineering, and critical infrastructure protection firm based in Fairfax, Virginia. The combined company will operate as Xcelerate Solutions and brings together more than 1,000 technology professionals to expand capabilities and contracts across the federal, defense, law enforcement, and national security markets.
