Reliability Won Acquires Fluid Life

Reliability Won, a Battery Ventures–backed asset-reliability platform, has acquired Fluid Life, a lubrication and oil-analysis provider with four laboratories across the U.S. and Canada. The deal expands Reliability Won’s capabilities into oil-condition monitoring as an add-on to its existing Knowledge pillar and will keep Fluid Life operating under its existing brand and leadership.

KORE Power Acquires Northern Reliability (NRI) and Launches KORE Solutions

KORE Power has acquired Northern Reliability (NRI) and launched KORE Solutions, a new division that combines KORE's battery cell manufacturing with NRI's nearly 50 years of energy-storage engineering and project development experience. The deal creates a vertically integrated U.S. energy storage integrator, will add 25 positions in Waterbury, Vermont, and makes NRI's president Jay Bellows President of KORE Power; terms were not disclosed.
