EasyPark Group Acquires PARK NOW Group

EasyPark Group has completed its acquisition of PARK NOW Group after receiving antitrust approval, with all assets and liabilities transferred from BMW Group and Daimler Mobility AG to EasyPark Group effective June 1, 2021. The combined company will be led by EasyPark CEO Johan Birgersson and aims to scale global digital parking, EV charging and mobility services across more than 3,200 cities. The parties agreed not to disclose transaction terms.

FlixMobility Acquires Greyhound Lines from FirstGroup plc

FlixMobility has acquired Greyhound Lines, Inc. from FirstGroup plc via Neptune Holding Inc., a corporation wholly owned by FlixMobility, for an enterprise value of approximately $46 million plus $32 million of unconditional deferred consideration. The deal combines FlixBus' global technology and shared-mobility expertise with Greyhound's nationwide U.S. intercity bus network to expand FlixMobility's footprint and service offering across the United States.

Hudson Capital Inc. (NASDAQ: HUSN) has acquired 100% of Freight App, Inc. (Fr8App), making Fr8App a wholly owned subsidiary and adopting Fr8App's U.S. headquarters in Houston, Texas. Hudson installed Fr8App leadership as its new executives and board members and said it plans to simplify capital structure and pursue growth opportunities including additional technology development and complementary acquisitions.

Via Acquires Citymapper

Via, the New York–based TransitTech company, has acquired Citymapper, the London-based journey planning app, to integrate Citymapper's rider-facing routing and real-time data capabilities into Via's end-to-end TransitTech platform. The deal combines Via's planning and operations software with Citymapper's consumer app and routing algorithms to deliver a unified solution for cities, transit agencies, and riders.

ROLLER Acquires BookNow Software

ROLLER, the Austin-based venue management platform, has acquired BookNow Software, a UK-based Salesforce-native booking and operations platform. The deal expands ROLLER's European footprint and brings BookNow's CRM interoperability and enterprise-focused booking capabilities into ROLLER's product suite; BookNow founder Luke Sims will join ROLLER to lead the business as CEO of BookNow under ROLLER.
