Shamrock Capital has acquired Nth Degree, a Duluth, Georgia–based provider of exhibit management and experiential event services, in a transaction that resulted in Gladstone Investment Corporation and Capitala Group selling their remaining equity positions. The investment will be used to scale Nth Degree's services platform across live events, trade shows and experiential marketing while the company continues to operate under its existing leadership.

MSouth Equity Partners Acquires Fern Exposition Services

Hexagon AB Acquires ETQ

Hexagon AB acquired ETQ, a Massachusetts-based provider of SaaS quality (QMS), EHS and compliance management software, for $1.2 billion in cash on a debt- and cash-free basis. ETQ—headquartered in Burlington, Massachusetts with ~185 employees and expected 2022 revenue of ~$75M—will join Hexagon’s Manufacturing Intelligence division to accelerate Hexagon’s cloud journey and expand its quality-management capabilities across manufacturing and regulated industries.

Northstar Technologies Group Acquires Majority Ownership of Compass Quantum

The deal expands Quantum's circular technology platform, using 2NDGEAR's Albuquerque facility and sales teams to accelerate placements of refurbished devices into education and commercial workforce environments.
