One Equity Partners (OEP) has completed the acquisition of Prime Time Healthcare, a Nebraska-based healthcare staffing provider specializing in travel nursing and placement services for RNs, LPNs, CNAs and allied clinicians across the U.S. Financial terms were not disclosed; OEP said it will support Prime Time's growth through complementary acquisitions and expanded service offerings. Coker Capital served as exclusive financial advisor to Prime Time Healthcare.

Prime Healthcare Acquires Nine Hospitals and Two Medical Office Buildings from Medical Properties Trust

Prime Healthcare Services, Inc. completed the repurchase of nine general acute care hospitals and two related medical office buildings from Medical Properties Trust, Inc. for approximately $360 million, giving Prime ownership of both operations and real estate for the majority of its hospitals. The transaction closed on or about September 1, 2022.

Premier Health Acquires Solutions Staffing Inc.

Premier Health of America Inc. has signed a binding agreement to acquire 100% of Solutions Staffing Inc., a British Columbia–based healthcare staffing agency, for up to C$25 million (C$21M cash plus deferred consideration tied to EBITDA). The acquisition will make Solutions Staffing a wholly owned subsidiary of Premier Health and expand the buyer's national presence and travel nurse operations across Canada.

Genuine Health Group Acquires Premier Care Associates

Genuine Health Group, a Miami-area value-based healthcare services company backed by Crestline Investors, acquired Premier Care Associates, a Miami-based primary care physician group that manages full-risk Medicare Advantage patients. The acquisition adds roughly $56 million in annual revenue, more than 30 providers (26 physicians reported in some disclosures) and over 4,500 Medicare patients, strengthening Genuine Health's presence in the Hialeah/Greater Miami senior care market.

Nextech Acquires SRS Health
