Valley Equipment Ltd, a long-standing Canadian Utility dealer, has acquired Utility Trailers of New England, LLC, adding two locations in Seabrook, New Hampshire and North Oxford (Boston), Massachusetts to its network. The acquisition expands Valley Equipment's dealer and service footprint into the Northeastern United States and strengthens support for Utility Trailer and Cargobull North America products in the region.

Nors Acquires Great West Equipment

Portuguese equipment group Nors has acquired Great West Equipment, a Volvo Construction Equipment dealer headquartered in Vernon, British Columbia. Great West operates about 11 locations in western Canada with roughly 250 employees; the acquisition expands Nors' presence in the Canadian market.

Sunbelt Solomon Acquires Valley Transformer, Inc.

Sunbelt Solomon Services has acquired Valley Transformer, Inc., a Pacific Northwest provider of transformer repair and refurbishment based in Otis Orchards, Washington. The deal expands Sunbelt Solomon's footprint and capabilities in the Pacific Northwest, giving Valley access to Sunbelt Solomon's inventory, purchasing power, and expanded field and rental services; terms were not disclosed. Valley's president and owner Kerry Riccardi will continue to lead the business as vice president and general manager.

Herc Rentals Acquires Summit Equipment Rentals
