Research Solutions, Inc. (NASDAQ: RSSS) has acquired ResoluteAI, an AI- and NLP-powered enterprise search and knowledge-management platform. The deal will integrate ResoluteAI's taxonomy, ontology and knowledge-graph capabilities into Research Solutions' Article Galaxy and Foundation platforms to expand enterprise search, knowledge management, and life-sciences research workflows.

R1 RCM Acquires SCI Solutions

R1 RCM Inc. completed the acquisition of SCI Solutions, a provider of digital patient access and engagement software, to expand its technology-enabled revenue cycle and patient intake capabilities. The deal (announced Jan 2020, closed Apr 2020) brings SCI’s EHR-agnostic care coordination marketplace and digital “front door” offerings into R1’s platform, and was previously owned by investors including The Wicks Group, NEA and Columbia Pacific.

MSCI Acquires Trove Research

MSCI Inc. has signed a purchase agreement to acquire Trove Research, a specialist data, analysis and advisory firm focused on voluntary carbon markets. The acquisition will integrate Trove's carbon market data, models and platform into MSCI's climate and ESG offerings to expand its capabilities for corporates, institutional investors and other market participants; terms were not disclosed and the deal is expected to close this quarter.

SI Solutions Acquires SC Solutions, Inc.

(RSi), a leading provider of supply chain and on‑shelf availability analytics for CPG manufacturers and retailers. The acquisition adds RSi’s supply chain solutions and large retail/warehouse-level data assets to IRI’s Liquid Data platform to enhance end-to-end supply chain visibility and analytics capabilities; financial terms were not disclosed.
