Vivify Specialty Ingredients, a portfolio company backed by Gryphon Investors' Heritage Fund, acquired Access Ingredients, a distributor of specialty surfactants and active ingredients for the personal care industry. Access owner Trudi Leung will remain as Managing Director and roll over a meaningful stake; the deal expands Vivify's personal care and cosmetics offerings, adds a West Coast distribution facility, and represents an add-on to Vivify's Sandream Specialties division. Vivify Specialty Ingredients Acquires Reitech Corporation

Vivify Specialty Ingredients has acquired Reitech Corporation, a Reading, Pennsylvania-based manufacturer of pigment dispersions; financial terms were not disclosed. Reitech owners Stephen Holtzman and Prakash Pradhan will remain with the company and join Vivify's management team. The deal, executed by Vivify (which is backed by Gryphon Investors' Gryphon Heritage Fund), expands Vivify's pigment dispersion capabilities and broadens its product offerings and end-market reach.

Gryphon Investors Acquires Vetnique Labs

Cerberus Acquires Vivace International

An affiliate of Cerberus Capital Management has completed the full acquisition of Vivace International, a New Orleans–based maker of mission‑critical propulsion tanks and aerospace systems. Cerberus initially made a growth investment in 2024 and plans to scale Vivace's production capacity and advanced manufacturing capabilities to support an expanding portfolio of U.S. defense and spaceflight programs; retired Space Force Colonel and former NASA astronaut Michael Hopkins has joined Vivace as a Senior Advisor.
